The GuitarBuilder TM.org site is divided into two
sections. The first section is a resource for the
public at-large and the second section is a
comprehensive resource for the members of SCAL.

Although you will find many interesting pieces of
information on the public side of this site,
 our main objective is to entice you to join the
 many hobbyist and professionals who enjoy
the clear advantage
of SCAL membership. Besides the obviously
enjoyable ability to freely communicate with
many building professionals, a membership entitles

Although not technically a guitar.
It plays and feels like a small guitar and there is a
6 string version. These unique instruments have
good acoustic volume and are extremely fun to

EDA's research has finally resulted in major breakthroughs
to the benefit of all stringed musical instrument builders.

The following information is intended to inform our
readers about Erickson Design Associates major breakthroughs.
Most of the origional members of SCALe have heard about the Ruby
saddles from early on in the first meetings of the SCALe
organization.  Here are a few pictures from the archives
showing some of the early applications of the Ruby
technology. Most of the members can't wait to put this
technology on their custom instruments.
